Senior Editor (f/m/d)

For our growing team in Berlin we are looking for a Senior Editor (f/m/d) with experience in the areas of text, content and concept. Your job is to create content and texts that work in the user's context and inspire him/her.

Role description

As a senior editor you are responsible for the editorial supervision and implementation of various projects, be it websites, presentations or products from the field of visual storytelling. You also have basic experience in brand development. You think beyond words and are also involved conceptually. You will work together with colleagues from design, strategy and technology to solve the challenges of our clients in an interdisciplinary way.

Your responsibilities

  • You will develop high-quality content: topics and content, concepts and ideas, formats and stories.

  • You will research, write and edit texts for different formats and with clear offers, which are in line with the needs of our clients (info-graphics and website texts, brand narratives, tone of voice, presentations, interviews, storyboards, blog posts, workshop formats etc.).

  • You bring structure to topics and tell them in an understandable, convincing and creative way.

What we expect

  • You have a university degree or equivalent in suitable disciplines (journalism, politics, communication sciences, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of communication.you are experienced and have several years of experience in high-quality writing and editorial competence.

  • Your understanding of different formats and user contexts as well as the needs of customers and target groups is profound.

  • Your communication and teamwork skills are excellent.

  • You have an eye for details and one for the big picture.

  • You are willing to learn and open to other areas of expertise.

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset, work independently and show initiative.you are characterized by a good feeling for (visual) storytelling, infographics and data visualization, additional experience in brand development is a big plus Your German language skills are excellent and your English is good
